Robbie fowlers mum

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby jonnymac1979 » Tue Jan 18, 2005 2:00 pm

I was getting my hair cut in the 051 barbers today in Liverpool City Centre.  Above it, there is a tailors shop called Chris Davies Tailors.

Anyway, was getting my hair cut today and one of the fellas who works up there in the tailors walks in with Robbie Fowler’s Mum!!  He’d brought her downstairs to talk to the fellas in the barbers as they are all Reds.

There was a little bit of friendly banter going on etc… and a few little conversations here and there.

Anyway, long story short is that she confirmed in her words; “…that Robbie would WALK up the M62 to come back here….he’d come back to us in a second".

Doesn’t mean he will of course.

I just thought it was a great story to tell you all.

Well, lets face it, He wouldn't walk alone
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

great story jonny :)

p.s. looking at your brilliant signature just reminded me of another brilliant story about a guy i know.

he supports the scum. last week he phoned up the exeter ticket office to try and get tickets for the exeter cup replay tomorrow. they declined his request, telling him that the only tickets left were for exeter season ticket holders as the game is bound to be a sell-out.

his reply was "there must be tickets left, st james' park holds 52,000 people doesn't it?"  :D

absolutely priceless

how cheesy can you get
its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.
