nah, thats another non-starter, we tried that if you remember when houillier jumped in with roy evans, it just wont work 2 people with totally different ideas of how to pick a team, there is only room for one "gaffa" :;):

Oh right, then i would like to see steve heighway work along side m, o neill with stevie,s experience working with the academy he could spot potential quality and recomend players to o,neill. ???

my choice is definitely curbishley. done wonders with charlton and can't take them any further. he's also english and gets the best out of his players.
