I f*cking knew it, took off all of our proper penalty takers when the game was 90% going to pens. ***** hell, might as well not took part in the shootout at all. f*ck sakes.

Because the alternatives were Endo and Quansah, everybody that can actually take a pen was taken off.

You just knew Darwin wasn’t scoring today.

We lost this tie in the first half...should have been 1 or 2 up before they scored. Literally our two worst players both missed.

Let's wrapped up the league then time to clear out the deadwood (Darwin, Jones, Gomez, Tsimikas) and death legs (Robbo). Jota's form has left his body since returning from injury...he can feck off too

Really poor performance. Awful in the first leg and still got a way with it. And then extremely poor at home when all we needed was a draw and we couldn't score 1 goal over 120 min.
Didn't deserve to go through as we were 2nd best.

Theirs were two of the worst penos I've seen in years. A fookin keeper the size of a mountain, and look where they put the ball! A six year old would hit that harder

Disappointed of course, but tbh PSG is a young and good team. They have fresher legs and Enrique outmanoeuvred Slot in both legs. We got done by a bunch of farmers. End of

I question how much further we would have got in the CL if we had gone through.

But changes are needed. Like last season, some of our key players are running on fumes. And someone of our first team players are past their best.

Big summer coming up.

We are good but tonight really show our lack of investment in the past 2~3 windows. The team badly need a refresh and younger blood need to be brought in. The likes of Robbo should not have featured tonight as he was a liability all night

Darwin is done in a red shirt. Both him and Jota will be sold. God knows where our goals will come from once Mo is gone. And 2 or 3 good games per season is not good enough from Jones

To be fair we could have been 6-1 down from the first leg. It's quite the transformation from the PSG side of the three divas Mbappe, Messi, Neymar. The youth in that side, the quality, the energy, they stuffed us down the flanks both games and a number of our lads went missing. Mo did nowhere near enough over two legs. Ok, Nunez won a header in the first leg for the goal but realistically Donnarumma should have saved that shot. And he was shocking in the second leg, including that excuse for a peno.
Only for Ali in both games we were well battered. It's almost a miracle it went to penos.
I don't care if he's a local lad, Jones has to go. He's poison.
I reckon now Mo and TAA will decide to move on. Yes we win the league, but I think the energy used tonight will hurt us for the Cup v Toon.

If I'm Mo, I will want to know what sort of investment will FSG put in before I will even pick up a pen. His Balon d'Or dream is now gone and he might go chasing after retirement money seeing how FSG keep fucking around. Trent is a defo goner and if VVD moved on too, then FSG might as well just packed up and fuck off

Why is Jones even a first team player? he is worst than average. Darwin belongs to a minor league. Sick notes like Jota and Gomez will no doubt be off too. Quansah will need another season or two under Virgil before we judge him, as currently he is just not cut out to start for us.

OK...off to sleep and I'm not even looking forward to the Cup Final this weekend  :veryangry

I'm not devastated, I'm just really disappointed. We got lucky the first game, but we were so wasteful tonight! I cant believe Nunez took a pen when his confidence is that low.. 100% of the fans knew he was going to miss that, he looked nervous as hell. We had chances, but so did they over the 2 legs.

We've gone out, but PSG were better over the 2 legs.
