Very average player, gets things right sometimes, can make a decent pass but other times he loses the ball or misplaces a pass or just runs into blind alleys.

I think we got it wrong on this one and hopefully we find a better player

Bit Harsh...Considering Coutinho is expected to play first team ,Mozes is an excellent option coming from the bench ,he has pace ,he is strong ,has a decent dribble and is capable of impacting the game....

That's why he was allowed to leave on loan

Was hoping for more from Moses, unfortunately after a very good debut he has been disappointing.

Having said that, he's always looked a threat in wider positions and I'd have to apportion much of the blame for Moses' disappointing performance's (so far) to the managers tactical decisions in regard to what role Moses plays.

a bit like cissokho he improved as the game went on i thought, played a part in the build up to our second goal too.
i agree with woof though, i dont think playing him central is doing him any favours.

Well, seeing as your post is offered as fact and not opinion, apparently you have a direct line into Chelsea's strategy and assessment of players, perhaps maybe you'll now enlighten us by revealing what Chelsea told you about why they signed him in the first place ?

They told me he was poor and that's why they let him go on loan because no one would buy him.

Fair enough, that's why they let him go, what did they tell you about their reasons for signing him ?

Woof, he's playing between the midfield and attack mate which is a bit of a free role.

He should be able to influence games from there if he has any quality what so ever, but he can't. We've got exactly the player I was expecting to be quite honest.

When playing in that role, if you aren't getting any joy through the middle, usually its because your own team is playing such a high line that the their is no space between the opposition defence and midfield to opperate in, in that case, you pull wide and link up with the full backs and bring others into play, unfortunately, he doesn't have the quality to do this. Its exactly the reason Chelsea binned him off. Another Shaun Wright-Phillips type for me, flatters to deceive.

Quite clearly a stop gap. Get the feeling he will have some good moments this season and also frustrate in equal measure. We do need better for where we want to be but if it allows us to keep our powder dry until the right targets become available/gettable, I can kind of understand it

He's not a bad player, but like I've said, he isn't a number 10. He's fast and with pace but he's just... not intelligent enough.

He is a winger not a creative midfielder - he relies on his pace.
