Of course it's one we should win, but we said that about the Palace game.

very true mate its crossed my mind aswell. not sure we could take it if west ham won and we got a slipped up.

True. Win the game and we ensure second.

What will be will be with City. We could so easily have gone into this game needing only a point to secure the title but it's not to be.

Whatever I am very proud of what the team has done. To take an upper mid table team playing so so football into a title challenging side playing the most entertaining football in the country within two years, with the budget we have is remarkable.

Indeed, that's what happened to United all those years ago when Blackburn won the title at Anfield.
We beat Blackburn but United could only draw 1-1 with West Ham which made losing the title even worse for them.
We just have to concentrate on doing our own job and concentrate on the things within our control and after that, in the words of Doris Day, whatever will be will be.

It's perhaps unfortunate that at this time you reference a tune Man City fans have used against Stevie G

Cashing in on the misfortunes of their bitter rival, City’s fan sung during the Everton game:

Steve Gerrard, Gerrard. He slipped on his f*cking *****. He gave it to Demba Ba. Steve Gerrard, Gerrard.

:(

Looking at the line up, 2 fingers to all on here who claimed at the start on his tenure that Brendan had no capability of determining his strongest side.
