Torres scored twice, the first goal was world class.
You may have also forgotton the goal he scored against west brom last week....

Midfield is shocking. We have nothing in the wide positions at all. Maxi is a joke. Really average player at best.

first 10 minutes we were all over them.
Then we started letting them back into the game.
Need to change things, I would sub lucas and maxi on, put in Babel and Meierles, even let pacheco have a go instead of jovanovic.

if we keep the same team in the 2nd half...i can really see us losing this game.
2 things :
1)Get babel in for M.rod
2)Get Raul in for lucas
And what happen to our defence ? noone is attacking the crosses coming in from the flanks ? ... maybe bringing in agger for konchesky might make our defence more stable.

wouldn't mind seeing pacheco come on for maxi, can do with someone hungry for the ball who wants to make an impression.
we are looking so flat at the moment!
Maybe Raul will come on for Lucas at half time too can't do any harm!!

Poor performance, should be losing and would be if it wasn't for Pepe.
Distribution from the back is woeful, lost count of number of times we have given the ball away.
No flair or creativity, Jova hasn't done bad but the Lucas and Poulsen pairing I just don't get, it didn't work against WBA and it isn't either today.
One of them needs to come off, drop Gerrard back into midfield and bring Babel or Ngog on.
I don't think he will play Miereles until the Europa.
Getting outplayed by Birmingham - not good.
