“Of course I would accept an offer. You’re talking about one of the biggest clubs in Europe.”
As much as I wanted him gone, I think he's a pr!ck now that he requested it, let us break up with you. Not the other way around

Well I don't know what his personal problems are in having difficulty coping but he shouldn't have come if he wanted to go to Juventus in the first place...

Not sure if this is true but if it is, then not a bad deal I would say.
Swap deal?
Del Piero would be a good idea as back up but not sure if he is willing to come to EPL at such an age....

We've got plenty of cover on the left anyway with aurelio and insua. arbeloa can play left as well...take the money.

Yeah that would work given we had a hard enough time finding cover for Arbeloa on the right.

I really wanted him to do well for us poor guy. Time to cut our loses though imo.
