I rarely went over to Patong Bav, preferred the slightly less frantic Kata.

Kata nice, I stayed at Karon, Patong good for a visit and its always fun having a drunken tuk tuk ride over hill back down south

Missus did her back in the other day, so bad I had to take her to accident and emergency. She's now laid up in chronic pain. Doctor has signed her of work for two weeks and reckons it could take a lot longer before she's fit to travel !

We're supposed to leave on Feb 8th and tickets are non refundable or exchangeable :sniffle
