we used to go to Liver wines and buy out of date sh*te for pennies

thunderbird also never failed to raise a chuckle

We had a mate who could get his hands on some well distilled poteen - a night on that stuff and you loose 3-4 days at a time!

did you ever do a mental snakebite with a bottle of diamond white and half a special brew. called a chemotherapy cos it made your hair fall out :oh:

Another fave was gettin on the bus and paying the 30p minimum fare and staying on as long as possible until the driver rumbled us and threw us off. Then we'd just pub crawl all the way home, the best being all the way back to wavertree from walton
