The problem with San Sebastian heat is that there's a lot of humidity. In wednesday I'm off to La Rioja, where I'll be at high thirties, but the heat is dry, and you don't sweat. If the heat is dry, you only need to find a beer and a shadow to be in the glory.

I love summer.

I feel well sick today

Was out in the sun yesterday, woke up this morning feeling sick and dizzy like
my body is not my own.

I just feel like i could puke up.

You have symptoms of de-hydratation. When it's really hot you have to drink even if you're not thirsty.

Could it be sunstroke? Balance the time being outside with being inside. That could help. I hate summer, especially when its really hot. There are times when theres a nice balance of heat and breeze but if its just hot, its horrible. At least with the cold, you can warm up ! Its not made easier when your missus is due to give birth and at her most restless, when this little bugger is born its going to be a challenge to keep him from crying from the usual rashes and stuff as well as the heat, happy times ahead, bloody weather !

i have to say the only time i like it really hot is when i go to the beach or on me hols hate other wise

good news is i have my air con fitting and is running full blast yippie , that's a bigger hole in the ozone and more hot weather sh*t

i shave my head also mate. you must use suncream aswell, or at least wear a hat.

however, if youve been drinking, that will not help

Day off yesterday. spent it on Embankment up London, £4 a pint but half price cocktails from 5-8
