Don't know really.
No suprisingly to all of them, although Genocide in Africa reached into the millions in a matter of days, it isnt considered the biggest mass grave.

im thinking outside the box, like bird flu, killing millions of birds and putting them in somewhere, or plankton, as theres a lot of plankton

Somewhat morbid this thread, is it not?
Interesting question, though.
Mass graves tend to only happen when there are more dead in a single event than can be taken care of. Such and event like a plague or famine. It's probably in Africa, or what about Hiroshima? A quarter of a million people were wiped out in that.
