it could be a number of reasons, maybe he's commited another crime, maybe he's gone back to liverpool without permission...its hard to tell.
Revenge and justice arn't the same thing, so not sure i agree with people's comments that their names should be made public.

Ridiculous that the law protects the offenders more than it protects the victims. About time the law brought back the death penalty for vicious murders like this. normal kids don't go round

I doubt the breach was anything more than simply going where he shouldn't have, I can't imagine he'd be stupid enough to go see Denise as that would give people his identity that he'd be wiser keeping it from, although from one of the links on the above link she already knew where the other 'ba,stard' was. I think most people would have taken retribution for such a crime, shame the police/law is too soft on criminals and I don't think those two cunts know how truly lucky they are. The media love to poke their nose in, talk shit and print shit, how come they don't track them down and print their photos instead of stalking celebs and giving them excuses to speed?

The terms of their release were -
Do not return without prior consent to Merseyside.
They would also be returned to custody if they committed a criminal offence or tried to approach anyone from the Bulger family.
They were also banned from contacting each other.
Take your pick. I bet it is contacting the Bulger family.

It became sicker when it happened in 1993.
It always had more of an impact here as we are a civilised western democracy. Other non-western societies may not of had the same reaction.
