The justice system in this country is screwed up. The problem is there isnt enough room to house most of these 
. I also read about those guys who gang raped and then threw caustic soda on a teenage girl who had the mental age of 8. She is for life meanwhile all those guys more or less got under 10 years and will probably be out within 3 and a bit. 3 and a bit years for ruining someones life?
IMO The system needs shaking up. If they brought in the death penalty it would at least scare some peolpe into thinking twice not to mention it would help with the space in jails problem.

I live in Belgium and the has killed 2 babies and 1 adult working at the creche, injuring 10 other children. Surviving staff said he was aiming for the throats
After this he fled by bike after which he was arrested by the police. He had a list on him with the adresses of 2 other creches and some more knifes and an axe. He is 20 years old and refuses to eat, drink or talk and they were feeding him in hospital. Yesterday he suddenly said he wanted to talk to the police and then he started talking about his hobbies and favourite kind of music... and apparently he has also killed a 73-year old woman in her house 2 weeks ago

My little cousin got stabbed in East london with his mate on a night out.
They stabbed him in his back and it cut of part of his kidney and his
friend was in critical condition along with him.
But since they have made a full recovery thank god.
In today's world these punks are cowards afraid to have a scrap and take a
hiding, it's a sad world we live in.
