Who's getting it? It's been pelting down for a few hours now where I am, and I just took a walk in it. It's at least a foot deep or more. I've not seen it this bad here in at least 10 years or more. I love it.

It started to snow here in Kent this morning (thurs) and I got a lil bit excited, but by lunchtime it'd turned to light rain....

Everywhere looks much prettier covered in snow....makes me feel like I'm in the country, instead of the outskirts of London.

Kent always gets snow.

I fu.cking LOVE snow, the amount of days we used to get off for school and work.

I remember one day the cra.ppy old double decker bus that used to take us to school, broke down because of the snow. I lived about 5 miles from the high school the bus must of made it through four miles of snow, then came a big steep hill the piece of s.hit had to climb, and it couldnt in the snow  :D  So we got off, instead of walking the last mile to school we walked the four home.

I also remember crashing my escort van in Kilburn one day, me and my apprentice we're driving home about 12.00 noon. And the snow was clearing up and the place was just icing over, heading towards this little round about only doing 30 mph and i put on the brakes, we went sliding like Bambi on ice, I said to me mate before we hit anything 'Brace yourself Rodney'  :D  then SMASH, hit a post.
Phoned up work and nobody had come in that day apart from muggings here, nobody was coming to tow me away, so I got all the power tools out of the motor. And left it there, hit a few pubs in Kilburn before taking the train home.

Monday morning got a bo.llocking, as the van had been broken into and everything robbed.  :D

Snows brilliant !
