His problem seems to be he personalises his disputes by attacking the poster rather than their opinion. Bearing grudges against posters etc doesn't help him either. Hopefully this will be a gentle reminder about his attitude and not the first of many.
No matter how good a poster he is (and he is very good) he still needs to show others a little respect.
