sorry if the animation effex is not very "sophisticated" since i only have a standard (0.5 MB of exe file) animation freeware 'microsoft GIF animator'
just tell me if you don't like it, but i won't give it a

the word judge is ok, but the pictures need to be a little slower
its very good though, can they be faded in and out??

the problem is; the size allowed is limited, while some different images needed to be included, so you can only reduce the size by make it faster (fewer pix per second)
the ware i use also doesn't have any efx feature, you have to do it manually by cloning the pix and make the clone a bit darker or brighter to generate the efx
next time i'll manage to get a more reliable software, but here it is at its best i can try for now
