its a poll on who is going to win the league this year

Chelsea 22%
Arsenal 20%
Everton 30%
Manchester United 28%

I've seen lots of polls like this; loads where Everton weren't even mentioned!

But remember, this is only people's opinions, at the end of the day and its not likely to reflect reality.
