D'ya know, i've never even thought of asking him!

Oh my god has Woolly potentially uncovered the truth - the answer to the eternal question WWBB? All this time we've been asking TJames whereas the real keeper of the truth could well be one John Earnshaw of Poulton-le-Fylde near Blackpool :wwww

Gonna have to ask him right now :nod

What did he say ? :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

By the way, for the record I want to see PNE up for two reasons:

1)   I work for a company with an office in Preston and am based there at least three days a week.

2)   Away journeys to Southampton and Norwich being replaced by two up the A59 to Wigan and Preston is sheer bliss.

Well, he didn't answer - he just sung a Blackpool song:

(to the tune of Que sera sera)

When I was just a little boy
I asked my mother what will I be?
Will I be Blackpool
Or Preston North End?
Here's what she said to me

Wash your mouth out, son
Go get yer father's gun
We'll shoot some Preston scum
Que sera sera
   :D

Oh yeah he also said "who the f*ck is TJames"

Cheers mate!

The Lashers hate to admit it but if we come up we'd be living the dream and they admit it'd only be a good thing for the Northwest!

By the way if we do do it, you lot will be in the "Southern" half of the Prem! :wwww

Sorry!

Nice one again!

Last season I went on Plastics v Liverpool and those on the train couldn't get out of Blackburn fast enough and to go for a few bevies round Preston because, and I quote,

"Blackburn is a f*ckin :censored: ole La!" :D

preston was one of the founder members of the football league which demands respect straight away. and any place that has a bill shankly stand and had the great tom finney playing for them gets my vote.
but i must admit ive always had a soft spot for west ham too, always played the game the right way - never resorted to long ball tactics even in the lower divisions - and i loved the side in the 70`s that beat everton in the league cup final. fella`s like alan devonshire and trevor brooking were class players.
its a tough one for me.

Didn't want to bring Wee Willy (as he was known in his Preston days) into it! lol! :bowdown

To think he demanded a coaching roll at Deepdale after his playing days ended when we were one of the top clubs in this country and they said "NO!" :veryangry

Well the rest as they say is all history  :D

If we do it tomorrow 3500 seats are there for you on our Bill Shankly Kop!
