I think that's far out weighed by the 35m we spent on Carrol and 20m on Henderson.

I really rate this guy. Reminds me of Markus Babel in the sense he's strong, intelligent with his passing and can push forward as well as cover his defensive duties.

Posted: Sun Aug 21, 2011 4:23 pmWhat a game he played. My MOTM, and he linked up with Downing so well time and time again. That run he had in the first half when he took on 3 or 4 Arsenal players and just blew past them was great.

Posted: Sun Aug 28, 2011 10:30 pmHe wasn't as great yesterday as he was against Arsenal, but you can't expect him to play like the MOTM every single game. I thought he did well against Bolton, but he wasn't as needed as against Arsenal.
