Agreed......

Well pleased with him..... IMO he's Rafa's 2nd best buy... right behind Xabi and not by much....

LFC has long awaited a centreback that can bring the ball out of defense and start to initiate our attacks from the back without resorting to too many long balls.... Lets hope this signals the 1st step in our return to our much vaunted and feared passing game of the not too distant past.

Well done Danny.... and keep up the excellent work to date...   :bowdown

He is a good player, and is improving all the time, jus needs to play more games to get into perfect shape. A good player though and is one for the future :D

Well OTT.

A good player yes, but no where near that good.

Are most consitant player this season, when ever he`s played we`ve looked good and we haven`t conceded a goal during  what the last five/six games he`s played ( not including friendly in Turkey )
If you can be bothered looking i was raving about him back on page one, but as far as best in the world goes i`d be happy if he just keeps playing well and we carry on keeping clean sheets,
great player.

Who has been more consistant than him? As far as our defenders go, he's been more consistant than anyone else.

That's including the Saint Carragher,Finnan,Riise and Hyypia. All who have made costly mistakes that have costed us games. Their form has picked up but Daniel has consistantly been playing well yet he's played less games than any other of our defenders.

He was the only positive in games where the team in general played patheticaly poor.

Don't be so quick to laugh and criticise if you can't offer any sort of counter-argument. In terms of consistency (when he has played) i struggle to find anyone who has bettered Agger this season. He made the turn and cross for Garcia's goal on Saturday look easy. While the comparisons with Hansen are premature no-one can deny he looks like he could be the bedrock of the red defence for many years to come.
