The Captain wins this by a country mile. No other player gets close. By far our best player this season. As a few have said already, anyone who claims that Carra, Reina, Sami, Alonso or Finnan has had a bigger impact and a better season than Stevie is crazy. Gerrard has been immense ever since the season started back in July.
What a difference a year makes eh? Imagine the boy playing in a Chelsea shirt. It was so close to happening and now (fingers crossed) he will finish his career with his boyhood club.
