get him i would but rafa is too dumb to do that. rafa, while having a certain success on the transfer market has more f*ck ups then success.

A big NO to Michael Owen. It's a topic's that been done to death in the past. I'm not knocking the topic starter by any means and I apologise if this post comes across as such.

I'm just tired of it all.... everytime his contract comes up, we're inevitably linked to him in some manner or form. Let the good memories of him in the red shirt of Liverpool remain but IMO, that's all it should be.... a memory.

not mentioning kids cause they havent had the chance and are still learning but can say they have been a success so far hence the youth cup wins and storming the reserves league .

Sorry, but I can't see how people think Babel is great.

I remember a Dutch fella posting on here just after we signed him.
He said Babel was OK, but NEVER worth £11.5M - I very much agree with him.
He's more like a £4M player. His close control is poor, tackles himself and doesn't make the right choices
when in possesion.

first, you can take aurelio, kuyt and arbeloa off the list of success. to the list...nevermind. heres my list.

So how much money has he thrown away then

zenden - free
voronin- free
josemi-1 mil
kromkamp- swap with josemi
nunez-swap so about 1 mil
gonzalez-3 mil but sold for 4.5 mil
pellegrino- free
morientes-5-6 mil ish sold for 3 mil
paletta-1 mil

so paid about 12 mil and sold for around 9ish mil so wasted 3 mil - not bad really

and No Kuyt shouldnt be in the :censored:

area the guy has made extremly important contributions to the team over the last two season . and aurelio has played well whenever he has been fit. arbeloa has been decent for the team as well.
