Owen wants to return to Anfield, but Rafa doesn't want him back, coz that would mean morientes dropping down the pecking order (thats he's got/getting rid of Baros).
Metzelder & Joaquin??? lol, i don't think this is gonna happen, to injury prone and not enough funds, respectively.
If i'm honest, i don't see any of these transfers happening..

I think you are missing the point-do we want him back? I said sell him when he was worth 50 million after the 1998 world cup!
He has so many injuries he is unreliable.
Real Madrid got it right don't let him play every game and keep him fit.
For England's sake he's better off not playing every match. Look how sharp he was in the recent friendlies.

Clearly they are not, and to prove I am, (as you say) a true red, just like your good self, I will state that:
I have it on good strong authority that Joaquin, Millito, Colllicini, Kuyt, Gallas, Upson, Metzelder and Owen will all sign next week, by 12:36 on Friday, and one of them will wear a yellow carnation at the press conference.
