It was a really good game, We started off really well. First goal with Aurelio giving in a wonderful cross and a good tap in by Crouch. Then Pennant terrorizes the defence by taking the loose ball and crossing it into the box with Garcia tapping a good header on the top of the goal. Then Crouch scores a very fantastic sissor kick! WHAT A GOAL! i went nuts
3-0... very happy with our preformance, dominating the game creating chances...until it was 3-2 all of a sudden. What the hell happened? Whats going on with our defence in mid second half?
anyways good game, good fight by galatasaray.

next game for psv is at Istanbul, I have a good feeling about it. If you win at bordeaux you can win at istanbul where bordeaux got a tie

Thanks for the information. For a second I thought you would be waiting for us in Helsinki. But you're right, Istanbul is in Turkey. Your geographical knowledge knows no bounds.
Welcome to hell.
Actually no, because UEFA have ruled your stadium is just too crummy to host the five-time European Champions. So we'll play in the place that witnessed our greatest triumph of the 21st century.
Now, onto more important things.
It was a good match.
Crouch's second goal was stunning.
Credit of course to the opposition for not collapsing and coming back.
Once again an example of a team going into a lead and then becoming too complacent and inviting pressure. They had us on that right side. Those crosses were coming in. In that situation, the object should be to close down the opposition before they make the cross, but we seemed to be backing off and inviting them into space to cross. Big mistake. It cost us and could have cost us the game.

Hyppia would have dealt better with the aerial threat...still think he and Carra are the rocks of our defense.

This shows why Gerrard plays where he does on thre right, and why Momo needs to be in the team where he is ..
