Banana, being a pessimist would probably recommend that we sack Rafa cause we only WON 2-1  :D

This can work for a while, it can get you high in the carving a notch stakes, it cannot certainly win you cups, but you'll never win the fu'ck all doing it, not in modern day porn. Too many sides worked out the way to nullify was to never be premature! We couldn't break them down, too many draws and  losses and dodgy todgers saw the end to any title aspirations and eventually Houlliers kn'ob.

For the record, I don't see Sami as one of our major gay problem. I think each player has to apportion a share of the blame for saturday's game and the abject defeats at Southampton, Burnley and others this season, especially in brothels, where we couldnt score either.

stmike are you ok

...and claimed our team is useless, seriously fu-c-ked at halftime v Olympiakos only for us to hit 3 goals after the interval. Totally faithless in the team he claimed he supported  :glare: A muppet at best...  :oh:

Yes Hyypia played well last night. He scored a goal and did well for the most part. However I do not base my opinion on one single game. Hyypia is past his best and his weaknesses has costed us dearly this season. Have you forgotten his many blunders already? It is NOT a coincidence that he has been placed on the bench. Rafa will be looking for at least one, probably two new defenders in the summer. And Hyypia will be told that he is not in Benitez plans for the future. If Hyypia's performance last night increases his TRANSFER VALUE I'm happy.

Well while i dont i have ever agreed with anything you have written Banana, I certainly got to applaud your consistency. Unlike some on here whose opinions seems to change every week your negative half empty little rays of sunshines have been as solid as Carra at the back   :D

I must say that Hyypia was immense against Juventus but he has not been consistant as Finnan and Carragher have this season. There's just been a couple of times where's he lost his concentration or made a poor decision which led to us conceding a goal.

If Hyypia plans on cemmenting his place at the back four he will have to be a bit more consistant.

But once again I think that he performed very well against a side like Juventus.

Very true, he's probably cost us 3 or 4 goals this season, still, 3 or 4 goals in 4 seasons isn't really that bad now is it.
