According to the guys debating it over at RAWK (I'm saying what they're saying cos I've not got much clue

):

The DJ is the Guy elbowed.
Stevie is the 1 confronting him.
Stevie's mate throws the elbow and has admitted this.
Stevie then dives in and this is when the alleged boxing punches are thrown.

Clear?

If it is then can you explain it to me please?

I've just watched that CCTV and it does look like Stevie takes first punch like

or am I mistaken as to which one Stevie is?

Anyway even we have seen the footage and cant really make out WTFs going on and the jury can only convict if they are beyond all reasonable doubt and judging by the footage its hard to see how they can be

I refer you all to my post explaining it all

The guy in the BLUE jumper who gets elbowed is the DJ.
Stevie is in a blueISH jumper although may have taken it off.
Stevie's mate is the elbower.

right so that footage shows Stevie doing FA then?

the clip they showed on SS showed Gerrard being restrained by some of his mates but nothing more.

Anyway he put in a friggin crackin perfromance against Newcastle that day and what better way to celebrate than tw@ttin a Manc

As far as I can tell it shows him discussing/arguing and then leaning in after the DJ is elbowed. From the camera angle being so clear (they really need to invest in new CCTV at that place) Gerrard could be doing anything from smacking him to helping him up.

the thing is theres very little context as to whats gone on. This guys clearly let his mouth go thinkin Stevie would give him a dig for it and he was wrong, now he's trying to play the victim of this whole thing like the dirty horrible little Manc he is. I reckon Stevie's mates have done his a favour here as well

Yeah and then "OFF CAMERA" Stevie turned into Ricky Hatten and rained and endless barrage of precise uppercuts on the poor fella..................................
