I love that - "you tube player".

So true in today's age where so many people base a player's skill on a couple of youtube videos ;)

Hossan Kaebi has joined Leicester City mate, hard to believ i know Spurs also wanted him.

I think the whole Daniel Alves thing is dead in the water now. Correct me if I am wrong but didn't Paco say to the Spanish press a couple of weeks back that Daniel Alves was "not an option now" ?

For the price bandied about, he would have to be something special and apart from a fleeting display in the UEFA Cup Final of last year, I haven't seen enough of him to judge.

Yeah but your not buying him. Its Rafa with the cheque book, and I'd guess he's seen enough of him to judge. :p

But like you the the chance to make Alves a Liverpool player is probably dead now.

I dont think we even need Alves, Rafa would prefer to play Finnan over him any day and i think Alves will think he would be top dog at Liverpool aswell

I think Alves was not getting bought to play full back, he was getting bought as a winger.  Can't say I have seen much of him myself but what I have seen he has impressed me, like his display against spurs he took the :censored:.

Can't see him signing for us now thought I can see him going to Real Madrid.

Yea suppose but i watched him in the UEFA cup final and he had a shocker of a game then and to be honest i wasnt to impressed with him in the Copa America.

i'd say this whole alves thing is definately dead now with finnan signing a new contract, i dont think finnan would sign a new contract if he thought he was going to play second fiddle to alves.

I can see "youtube player" going right in there with "early doors and "bouncebackability" as a cult footballing term for years to come. You heard it here first!!!!!!
