But its ALWAYS teh league we "expect" at the start of every season, regardless of the manger or players.

And your reason for thinking this is what ?

Maybe we are simply out of form.

As another member of this forum who everyone likes always goes on about:

"Form is temporary, class is permenant"

We will come out of this dip.

yeah, sorry mate, things are sweet, we can tell that  ???

If anybody still think we are gonna win the league .........  :no

So what is rafa gonna say today... ?

Most likely in his broken english, he would again blame the defence..... He wouldn't say sh1t about our midfield and attack which looks as blunt as a sponge...

Lads

great disappointment quite rightly being expressed at our recent performances as the team continues to perform well below our expectations, maybe thats where the problem lies.

WE'RE NOT ACTUALLY AS GOOD AS WE LIKE TO THINK WE ARE.

In the meantime

When you walk through a storm
hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm is a golden sky

And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown.

Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart

And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.

all those predictions about arsenal dropping out of top 4 look real silly now. its all good saying the will hit a blip but that not a guarantee.  were not playing well but the key is to make sure u win.  we dont have enough genuine class in midfield.

i don't think anyone doubts this, but sadly we shouldn't even be in this dip, and we may come out of it too late

the players dont have interest by the way they play
gerrard - what hapened? gosh
we cant console each other with ''class is permanent'' statements cause the rest of the other teams arent gonna wait for us.

ITs not a matter of when we come out of it Peewee matey, its how close we are to the top.

We are ONLY four points shy, is this is still the case when we come out of our dip, then its GAME ON

my worry is we could go into the arsenal game 7 points behind with a defeat making it 10 points.  thats to many.  if we would of won this games we have dropped points the games v everton and arsenal wouldnt be so vital to win.

anyway i would like to question the substitution for a second, why was kuyt brought on to play wide when we had yossi on the bench, why was babel brought on on the left when we had yossi on the bench, and then when we eventually brought yossi on babel was switched to the right.

anyway whatever the reasons we are very poor at the moment, i am sure we all have our ideas why, problem is we now have an international break so rafa can not work with the players, and that can be used as an excuse again if this slump continues.

there comes a time when the excuses have to stop and some honesty needs to kick in

Mate im dredding that game so badley. The prospect of being made to look fools by a bunch of kids does not sit easy.

Thats going to be a huge game for us.

Everyone has a dip in form, ours is now, we'll kick on and challenge. This time last season we wouldnt have recovered

Who's to say Arsenal won't draw or lose a few games over the season? I'm sure they will.

People seem to have the attitude now that all our rivals for the league will win every game and will be virtually unbeatable. They arn't. They are playing well at the moment. All we have to do is play well when they arn't. This is a concern, as we never seem to do this when needed.
