She's (premiership) gone for another year lads.....

Reasons for this have been discussed over and over again from

1. Using Gerrard as a prostitute and getting him to fill in all over the shop instead of his best position/s.
2. Too much bloody rotation.
3. Insufficient pace in the back.... time for Sammi to phase out
4. Naive tactical nous and sheer bloody minded stubborness by Rafa.
5. Not enuff heart in the players we have...

We seem to buy good players who do well elsewhere but end up being sh!te for us..... That alone should tell us something.... our tactics (and not the players) suck!!! Bloody long balls, Zonal defence, No creativity in midfield, nobody seems to know their roles etc etc..... we've become the only one of the big four who seem to specialise in long distance goals.... hit and hopers.... or more accurately, hit and no-hopers, right now.....

It's downright embarassing to see Liverpool play like a mid-table side.... at the mo, we CANNOT hold a candle to the likes of the Man U, Arsenal and Chelsea.... In fact we are so far off them it's not even funny!

In previous posts, I've always expressed extreme dissapointment but stopped short of saying that the title was over.... well enuff of that..... the premiership is OVER for us this season.....

Rafa has to take the majority of the blame.... he lacks the passion to cut it in the Premiership and is worryingly exhibiting bull headedness to any criticism of his tactics..... No plan B and we're bloody playing like Bolton.... in an inferior way..... I've had enuff......

Rafa has to GO........ Bring back King Kenny if he wants the job or pinch O'Neil from Villa.....

reina - not good enough for a title winning team

finnan - same as reina

carragher - this season hes been poor, hes had his two good seasons, now hes back to how he used to be, an average determined defender

hyypia - to slow now, in mind and body, agger please

riise - never thought he was good enough to be in a title winning team, many left backs are better than him

Gerrard - must be annoyed to be playing with so many average players

alonso - cant tacke, to static, doesnt run off the ball, sits and passes waywardly these days

sissoko - good, his heart is in the right place, he should stay and play holding role, alonso must go

gonzalez - lightening speed, was suprised he went off, he will be good

kuyt - good but he needs support

garcia - good at home, terrible away

we never win after a CL midweek, and we have collected 1 point away so far this season, I would be lying if I said that my confidence was up for the OT game. I agree we have to win it, not only because we need the points, but we need to make a dent in that overly confident team. If you watched the Wigan game yesterday, you could just sense it right from the start of the 2nd half, that this would be 90's style Man u comeback, and it all comes down to having the right mentality and belief that you are better than the opposition. We need to take that mentality away from them at OT, if not I cant see us getting anywear near the title

I wonder what Garcia actually do at training? He probably spent most of the training session doing tricky fancy footwork, and absolutely neglect the basic stuff. If we gonna use him, make him do extra training, just bloody focus on the basic things please!

but against the very best teams they lack something

so if we wanna win the league there are many players who just aint good enough.

riise and finnan are good enough if we wanna always finish 4th.

Canbt blame the wing backs, or the players. On papaer we have the best team. its the tactics.

Garcia for an away match where we neem people to get stuck in?
Rafa did the same thing against neverton and it backfired. Everyone in the world who supports liverpool knows what needs to be done, Rafa just has to admit that his 'tinkering' isnt working and he needs to sort it out before we turn on him.

hyypia and the serb is a draw
evra over riise cause he is more mobile

gerrard over fletcher
alonso v carrick = draw
scholes over sissoko
giggs over gonzalez

saha over garcia
rooney over kuyt

Alonso carrick a draw? are u even aliverpool fan???

Carra is bvetter than rio. Risse is far better than evra will ever be and finnan has been one of the best right backs in the prem. You must be on a wind up mate..anyone else agree or am i going mad?

alonso and carrick are soo similar

both great passers, but dont seem that creative

both are static and imobile

risse and finnan are good if you wanna finish 4th

man utd, arsenal and chelseas full backs are better.

We can talk all we like

bottom line;

some senior players are not giving 100%

we are not just in a bad run, we are lying down and waving the white flag,

most of our performances this season have been a fkn disgrace, we are not even showing the bottle to grind out a result,

for me, the squad is good enough - the problem lies within the players, plus Rafa not playing or even knowing our best 11,

when Arsenal or utd are in a slump - they dig in and show character,

we just become an easier touch!

we were 2nd best all over the pitch today,our passing seems to get worse with every game. i can honestly say i cannot remember us stringing together more than 4 passes in the 60 odd minutes that i took in.......... for the first time in 23 yrs supporting i gave up before the end (took the dog for a walk instead) we dont even look like scoring......... GUTTED !
