Why did Kuyt keep beating up Daniel-San?

Karate Kid makes no sense.

I mean seriously, did Daniel-San never consider reporting his attackers to the police? I'm pretty sure "daily beatings from karate students" is prohibited under the law. And why didn't he buy a gun for defence? What use is karate when a guy has an Uzi?

THat statistics are not detailed. I watched the first half before sleeping

Mistakes of lower divisions defending:

Chelsea: 4
Liverpool: 0.

If you look at the goals and the plays previous to them, they're a joke, I'd be angry even if I was a second division coach.

In football when we explain defeats we tend to speak too much of line ups or team selections. But sometimes good players with bad atmosphere in the dressroom tend to play badly in the pitch.

The defensive mistakes of Chelsea in that game deserve their own thread. I'll comment more when I see the full match when I have time.

Great win yesterday, the crowd done their part as well. The atmosphere has been much better since the turn of the year - proof that RTK is doing its job.

Terrific performance, great result and one where I felt that throughout the game the lads looked good in all departments.

Kuyt, again looked very good.  A workhorse.

Xabi, although blood pouring out from his face after a Drogba challenge just couldn't keep of the pitch, brilliant.

Observations, from Manhattan:

1- The cool thing about Pennant's strike is that it flew right over Ashley "55K Ain't Enuff Innit" Cole's head.

2- Mourinho has an odd shaped head.

3- Why don't Chelsea have a blue top to their socks where three white Adidas stripes can be displayed, thus matching their shirts and shorts?

4- Dirk Kuyt looks oddly like Johnny from the Cobra Kai.

5- Why does Shaun Wright Phillips wear a kit that's eight sizes too big for him? Can't they produce a special kit for midgets?

6- Why do they use a purple and yellow ball? Is there something wrong with the classic "white ball with black panels" design?

7- Why does the lion on the Chelsea badge have it's head the wrong way round? Is that one of those Chernobyl lion species?

8- Why hasn't Peter Crouch been working on developing his muscle mass?

9- Is Peter Crouch still dating that slag?

10- If not, does anyone have her number?

Well observed, Manhattan.

Kuyt looks like Johnny from the Karate Kid movie, and in that movie they wear bandanas.
Perhaps if Crouch were to wear a suitable one around his forehead, ala-Johnny or ala-Daniel-san, his weak headers will improve tremendously and he would become a powerful header of the ball like Alan Shearer.

Manhattan, as you have unlocked the reason behind Pennant's inability to score due to the white tape around his ankles, can wearing a bandana aid Crouch's heading abilities? A desperate solution is needed...

Great result and superb performance. Although Chelsea weren't at their best, Rafa got his tactis sopt on I thought. It actually reminded me of the Juventus Champions League game at Anfield in that we started like an express train and essentially put the game to bed in the first twenty minutes.

Carragher was back to his commanding best. I was also really impressed by the balance we finally found on the left side with Aurelio and Riise. Both were solid defensively and I was particulary impressed with Aurelio. He has made a huge improvement in recent games since he came back from injury. Great defensively and it was probably his best game for the club without a doubt.

Gerrard and Alonso controlled everything. Both did well defensively and offensively. When alonso was receiving treatment you could see how much we missed him in the middle. Luckily he could carry on. Fat Fwank was kept out of the game completely.

Kuyt once again ran his socks off and deserved his goal. Linked up with Crouch quite well in the 1st half. Pennant wasn't in the game much until he scored, but he did play well when he was involved. Cracking goal aswell.

Onwards and upwards.

Arsenal have just stolen a victory over Manure, which leaves a lot of things open now.

We're only one point ahead of the Gooners, but five behind Chavski.

Also, I hope yesterday's game finally puts an end to all that complete and utter sh#te that Frank Lampard is a world class midfielder. It showed today that he is absolutely nothing without Makelele doing all his dirty work.

And as for Ballack....i would be very worried if i were a Chelsea fan. Very worried.
