According to your theory he will leave because he made a statement a week before the January window well if thats the case then Gerrard will leave as well.
I wouldn't mind if Gerrard did leave i don't want no one who doesn't want to be here and Gerrard doesn't if he did he would come out and say so. Its not helpful for his team mates the manger and the fans not knowing wether he will here next week or in the summer.
