If he has broken a bone Gerrard would miss England's World Cup games against Azerbaijan and Wales in October.

people go on and say how devassting it will be for england but wat us but it will give potter maybe a chance to shine and it will show we are not a one man team

Who honestly cares about international football? I cheered more when Liverpool beat Monaco than when Croatia beat Sweden. Nobody gives a ****** about international football.

Two weeks from now everyone will be saying "we can come in second". Now we are saying "we can come in fourth" , we are going back and forth with our opinions. Don't predict, just support your damn club

well injuries are part and parcel of the game which is why you need a squad not a team to win things.
Gerrard loss is blow but its mean opportunities for others to show their mettle

Injuries are always cruciel to footballers, pro and non-pro. I now am going through an injury that I picked up when I was practicing, and its hell. So to a pro-footballer its even worse but that dark cloud can't be dark forever, sun has to shine down on us sometime.

Only good thing about stevies injury is thats plastered everywere on the tabloids, cause he will miss 2 england games, instead of our defeat.

Too right its time for the team to perform but more importantly settle together

If it goes well SG returns to a settled balanced side

Football has gone a bit over the top with the season being judged in September
