Really funny stuff. I guess we just need to lighten up. Nice work Ivor! I mean if Owen can leave, anybody can. So, one thing I learn from all this is to enjoy the situation as much as you can.

Let's face it, it's pointless having top class strikers if we can't afford decent midfielders that are capable of getting the ball to them. If the cash we've got from selling Owen means we can sort out the rest of the team, we'll almost certainly improve regardless of the fact that we've lost a star name.
From the sound of it Benitez has been doing a lot of work behind the scenes in terms of scouting new recruits, so I'm still excited about the season ahead.

i dont wish him luck. As far as im concerned he's sold us all out. He said he'd stay if we got in the champions leaague we did and he's still ****** off. He's a ******, simple as. I hope he goes on to catch AIDS from using dirty needles and he dies in a grotty spanish bed sit looking totally indignent when the spanish police find him 6 months later.
