Man.utd started winning the league and eventually caught us and passed us to 19 titles purely because Kenny stepped down.

Kenny steps down ...     man.utd started picking up titles.

nothing to do with whisky face. i won't give him any credit for any of it.

Exactly.  I know we're biased (perhaps he does deserve a little credit) but does anyone believe that, had Kenny stayed on, Fergie would have made it to '95 before being fired to make way for Captain fckn Marvel or whoever?

We have been through worse mainly off the pitch. Ie Hillsborough maybe some people in this forum to young to remember, or were not born. But we come through it stronger. Because we are LFC the one and only YNWA

If you have less points than everybody else do you have a good chance to be flushed down to the championship   :upside:

This is where you lost me. We can't win the premiership, we don't have the funds. Its now all business, the sport of it is dead

mate kenny has been given 80mil, if he spends it the right way we will win something next year, the prem? well we will give it a bloody good go, and i tell you what, we are moving forward and the rest are moving backwards.

Man u wone it this year playing :censored: football, if we had sorted things out sooner there would have been a great chance that we could have won it this year, look at our result in the closing months, i think we was 2nd.

At our current form and squad we have NO chance winning the PL and i doubt we would finish in the top 4.

We are missing 4-5 good/great players to even start dreaming on top place.

Our defence needs total reorg ,we are missing dominant wingers and our midfield is still missing that one real "magic" maker. (Modric/Iniesta/Xabi/Nasri type of player).

Gerrard is a massive force and  he is an all around midfielder (defensive and attacking) but he isn't the type i'm refering to. He can't operate on very small space of the pitch and make the deep sophisticated pass the other i mentioned can.
