Spain are a better side. It's that simple.
It's like suggesting any of the Man Utd players who lost to Barca are sh!te. We know that isn't the case it was simply a case of one team being miles better than the other.
No different in the England game.

Difficult to judge but if he is worth £16m then the likes of Martinez and Thiago must be priced a lot higher than that.

Very hard to judge the lad in any shape on yesterday's performance seeing as England only had the ball for something like 35% of the game. He get it tidy and showed a few nice touches when he did get hold of it but it was a VERy indutrial looking England side. Beofre everyone gets too stuck into the under-21 set-up don't forget we beat this lot 2-0 last time around and made it to the final of this tournament. But the team was better last time around with the likes of Arran Lennon, Micah Richards, James Milner and Steven Taylor all involved. I suspect if the likes of Wilshere and Carroll were involved yesterday they would have had a better go at them.

i don't see why mate, the whole England side got outclassed, Messi couldn't have done anything about that if he'd been wearing an England shirt let alone Henderson. We had a whole team of players afraid to show for the ball and two centre-halves intent on lumping into the channels or into the middle of nowhere.

I still expect a 20 million pound buy to show something though 
On a positive note I don't expect him to make a fool of himself in private. Seems like a well behaved lad.
Remember when we had rumours of Javi Martinez and people thought 12-13 million euros was to much for him. That man ran circles around their whole team.
