Yes, from what I've heard today the Figo move is back on and it could be concluded early next week.

it is good news, I reacon he will be a huge influence over the younger players and be a really handy squad player....also, if it doesn't work out, he will only be on a 1 yr contract so we can get rid without losing a fortune.

option for another year will be the incentive!

my guess is after one year and winning the champions league again,

the premiership,world club cup and not forgetting the european super cup with us

imagine the effect of traning with Figo will have on the players like Welsh, Potter, Raven and will have. Really influencial player who will link up well with Nando, Alonso, Garcia and Gonazales.

Milto, Figo....who else, Owen?

Milito = Not sure but concering his rated one of the best defenders in Spain he SOUNDS good.

if rafa pulls luis figo deal it would be great his experience and obvious class would give us another dimension,milito i haven,t seen but reports are very promising and if the rumours are true about a one year loan deal or permanent deal for owen are true ,the squad for the coming season is looking very very good for a good push in the premiership and the defending off our european cup. :buttrock
