not too bad DrLiverpool ta.

I went out and got pi$$ed last night, drowning my sorrows at Gerrard's desicion.
I'm gonna have to do it again tonight, in celebration! bummer.

Im glad that SG has made a point of actually saying this will never happend gain, not netxt year but never.

And just as i suspected the "bust up " with Rafa was all fabricated as confirmed by mr G himself.

I think SWP could still be a possibility but money wise Ballack seems more of a wiser choice. We have to remember Chelsea are interested in SWP but its his desicion and SG staying at LFC might just convince SWP that LFC is the club to be at.

Ballack isn't going to come here now Gerrad has decided to stay. He was only ever going to be an option if Stevie left.

I really want to know why Rafa Benitez has not yet reacted to Steven Gerrard's decision to stay.

They were just saying on SSN today despite all the money they have they have failed evry time to secure a big name signing. Ronaldinho, Shevchenko, Trezeguet, Gerrard. LOL And one Liverpool fan put it perfectly today. When people think of Liverpool they think of a dominant force in football with passion and pride but all you think about when you hear chelsea is the Russian owner. LOL

does he really have to? He said yesterday he wants him to stay more than anything, Parry has told the press how pleased the club is.

The man has more to worry baout than Stevie G ffs.

Im sure hes happy but with a week to go until the forst match and many signings to finalise still, he is busy in the blower getting some more players in.

Even now as it stands a midfield of Gerrard, Alonso, Zenden and Luis Garcia/(in form kewell) sounds bloody good to me.

Tell him maybe if Chelsea were a real team with some real history and not a real life championship manager player then maybe SG would have gone. Chelsea or any other team for that matter in England can compare with the Liverpools history or passion.

Chlesea may have no history and a lot of money, but they are a great team mate, and will probably win the league again this season.
