This situation, will be the legacy of Gerard Houlier. He made about four or five decent signings throughout his entire career as liverpool manager.
My list would be: Diomede, Cheyrou, vignal, diarra, luzi, diao, diouf, biscan, traore, kewell, kirkland, and more.
