Kewell looked far more impressive when he was switching flanks regularily in each match early last season. Now he is focusing solely on the left. Could this restriction, be the reason why he is not performing up to expectation?

I guess if kewell was given a free role, he would perform better.

definitely. look at reyes yesterday. he started on the left but was drifting all over the place. kewell has obviously been asked to provide discipline by staying out wide left. i think he should be given license to roam and riise should continue bombing forward like ashley cole does.

Yeah, still can remember the goal he scored against arsenal at anfield last season where he cut in from the right and scored with a left footed screamer when he was switching flanks quite sucessfully with diouf.

But RB is a tactical disciplinarian (if there is such a word :D). His players always stick to a gameplan.
