huntelaar and simao i can see arriving. both are realistically available. dont need wholsesale changes. would only set the team back in terms of coherence.

Owen for 9 Million. For me thats not much of a gamble if he stays fit, its a bargain. Maybe someone like Quaresma Id love to see here. Owen puts the ball in the net. Dosent matter what he did in my opinion. Failing Owen. Tevez would be ideal. Or Both :D

i agree on owen, hes been there, done it and worn the tshirt mate. 9 million is a steal provided he passes a stringent medical.

i know he is not best liked by many liverpool fans at the moment, me included, but he knows how to score, something missing last season and last night.

9 million is  nothing for someone of his quality

That's if Shepherd would want to sell him. I think Shepherd wants him to play more than a couple of games at St James.

Really? I didn't know that. Although you'd hope that Owen would have character to stick with a club that has supported him through 2 or 3 major injuries... Think how we would feel if the roles were reversed...

I doubt Rafa would be genuinly interested in Owen, he seems to prefer hardworking strikers than pacey ones. One would have thought Bellamy would have plyed at some stage yesterday against the ageing Milan defence but brought in the likes of Alvaro instead.
