G14 wont allow it im sure of it.

Besides G14 want to have another group stage again like there used to be. :censored: Platini hes a :censored:

Completely agree rapper, I smell a lot of trouble comingf the PL's way in the coming seasons. I wouldnt be surprised to see him crusade to make european football more equal vis-a-vis tv rights/money etc.. to boost the other leagues - main loser - English clubs.

Lets wait and see.

I dare say the underachieving French sides are waiting with a greater degree of expectation than English, Spanish or Italian clubs.

Rafa's quite the persuasive man, not many people can persuade Platini. I was always under the impression Platini despised Liverpool, hence why he wants to cut out the fourth teams entering the Champions League.

i would`nt worry about what platini wants it aint a one man show, plus the G-crew get what they want.

as for the move it should happen, it makes no sense to leave the guy playing reserve team football.

What's the story with Tevez? I'm an admirer of him, I'm not sure if he suits The Premiership though.

I agree. The scandinavian countries and eastern european countries would probabley vote for something like this because their teams won't be reduced. Also Frances teams won't be reduced. What a suprise.

Just a side note. Javier wants to move away from West Ham for what i can understand no extra money. Yet Lucas Neil who debuted for West Ham in FA Cup (didn't play the whole game) wants to move there, how does it make sense ??........ahhhh thats right it wasn't for the money !! :D

Not just that but even a move towards the redistribution of income.  Its going to take a frenchman with a chip on his shoulder to push it through.......

The UEFA Executive Committee has 14 members including the President, so Platini's plan to reduce the max number of entrants from one member country in the CL is not his decision alone. As it is, the CL is a massive financial success and at the end of the day, surely money will talk louder.

Platini may yet have to eat humble pie, as Arsene Wenger had already commented that Platini may not be able to deliver his promises.
