Bye Jan.

Manhattan's greatest memory of him was after the cup final when he held the cup and laughed like this:

"Hee hee hee heeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

We'll replace him with that great Jedi, Luke Shinbreaker!

That's a good idea.

I already own the rights to "Everton FC: A Champions League Journey"

Bye Bye Jan , short and sweet.

Thats a very good point there!!

And one thing i really admire about Raffa amongst many others!
Think of Houllier for example,he signed sh.ite consistantly. At the same time he gave them chance after chance to prove themselves when they obviously were not good enough for LFC..Almost as if he felt afraid to admit he was wrong in signing them!

Good on Raffa for having the guts to get rid quick if they don't meet his expectations.
Personally i would like to have seen Kromkamp given another season....but hey,im not the manager!!

2 million pounds for a player that we paid nothing for last January is a fantastic piece of business. To be honest he probably wasn't a bad player but his mind most of the time was elsewhere [he's homesick, so I've heard] so it's good to get rid of a player who clearly can't fit in.

This also means that Neil is signed imo for sure. Otherwise why would we sell the only cover for the right-back position?

To be fair, Rafa has done what needed to be done. Jan wanted to go back home so what wouldl had been the point of leaving a lad at the club who wants to go home?

Good to see the lad heading to his motherland, he was a brave comrade but in the end he was surplus to requirements, now lets bring in Lucas Neill!

Ha ha, that must have cost all but 50p.  They couldn't get a book deal, so they are printing their story in comic format.  It's next to the Beano on the shelves.
