i'm not really sure about johnson. he's alright, probably better than crouch.
but about 10 of his goals were penalties, so that kind of takes away the impressiveness of the count of 21 goals last season :nod

takign away the 10 penalties AJ scored, he only had 11 goals last season... isn't that less than what Baros scored? and bear in mind that AJ didnot win the penalties he just took them...

no johnson.. he hasn't prove anything in premiership!! with a dozens of goals come by penalty.

IMO neither Johnson or crouch are good enough for LFC. Both had good seasons but were big fish in little ponds which made them stand out, i don't think either of them have the skill of the technique to be good enough for LFC. I know crouch would give us a different option with his height, but that could lead us to just thumping the ball up to him and not actually passing which would be a waste of some excellent midfielders. As i said he would guve us a different option, just don't think i like that option
