It's not a knee-jerk, today only confirmed what we already knew. Dudek isn't up to it. Let's be honest, neither is Kirkland either.
We're in the last 16 of the CL, with a good chance of reaching the quarters. Lets go out in January, like NOW and buy ourselves a decent goalkeeper. We could concieveably be kissing goodbye to a massive payday if one of our two makes a Dudek style blunder in that competition. Jeez, referees and goalkeepers have cost us a few points this season and theres the truth.
I like Green, I think he's a top prospect. He's not flashy or anything, just a good solid keeper which is what we want. I reckon he'd cost about 3 or 4 million plus Dudek. I know I'll get accused of being a know-nothing knee jerker but I think a goalkeeper is a top priority and unless this lad from Leeds is going to go straight into the side, he's not the one.

I'm sorry but Dudek and Kirkland don't have confidence in themselves and therefore make mistakes that bite the club and the us the fans in the ar#se.

And you're very stupid. I'm not English so I could care less whether a player is English or not. Gerrard is consistant while Kirkland and Dudek are not. Two different things. Control your emotions.

i`d rather have dudek than kirkland but i have to admit i havent seen it on telly yet but from where i was that looked the softest of all the soft goals we`ve let in this season.
thats the sickener they weren`t any better than us but they still manage to eek out the win.

I don't give a donkey @$$ whether you like them or not. If they are not good enough they should be shipped out, benched or replaced. How do you account for making mistake like today's when you are being paid top bucks?
