Just read the LFC website, Vladi is back in Jan.
I wonder if this will give Rafa an opportunity to off-load the light weight underperformer? To think he wore the number 7 - an absolute crime.

Such a huge talent but failed to live up to it at club level. His return doesnt bring me any optimism at all. I just wish Benitez had found a club for him before pre-season friendlies.

I think we have a few choices before Smicer. Surely he's been given sifficient opportunity? 160+ appearances?
Daio will go when it suits Rafa and will find his level at somewhere like Pompey.
I'll do my best in between now and then to see if I can find any replacements, shouldn't be too hard.

Kewell is in possession of the magic no.7 shirt now....we had 10 games out of him last season and 1/2 a game so far this season.

Yet another under performer, get rid and he seems to sh*t himself in front of gaol. Can be creative outside of the box but once in it, refer to end of sentence above.

I think its the last year of his contract so hes going to have to turn in some top performances to earn another. Smicer is another in a long list of dissapointments. No consistency and a string of injuries for this player. Until we have replacements he will probably be a regular on his return, mainly due to a lack of competition and quality at present.
