I have heard rumors from reliable sources that Benetiez wants to get rid of most of the players in the current squad. He is said to be unhappy at the quailty of the players and believes they are not capapble of getting the best out of his ideas.

I've heard from a reliable source that most reliable sources aren't very reliable and the best reliable sauce is HP brown sauce because it goes with everything.

To be fair to Has, after you have finished ripping him to shreds, the fact that 5 changes where made for the Chelski game makes me think he is not totally happy with what he has to work with.

I don't blame him if he isn't happy with the squad as we've got too many mediocre player, not bad players but player that aren't good enough to play at the level Liverpool want to be at.

I'd personally keep, Alonso, Gerrard, Hamman (squad player), Sami, Carra, Riise, Kewell (if he pulls his finger out), Josemi, Garcia, Cisse, Baros, Warnock, Nunez, fork the rest off and start from scratch :p

Would you be Leon ?  ???

The players he has brought in are in a different league to the likes of Biscan, Smicer, Traore, Diouff etc......

Even Hyppia and Kewell are playing well under their ability.

Only Caragher and Gerard have performed to the required standard IMO........

I think Rafa is defo unhappy with some of our current players
But in terms of our lack of money to do some buyings, i think he's still keen in digging some players capability out of our available resources
He was good at it when being in Valencia

At Valencia, benithez inherited a good squad who had failed when it comes to reaching the very pinnacle - they lost the CL final twice. He lost some players at the start, Mendieta, as an example but strengthen the squad well and they were able to play as Benithez wanted.

It seems that now he has much more problems in translating his ideas to the players. It is not known what the problem is but it seem to indicate that the quality and the desire of the players, bar a fery few, are there. So, this Liverpool job is much more difficult than the Valencia job. Benithez has done it twice at Valencia, that shows that he is a capable manager and not just lucky the first time around.

i'm not sure some of the lads are capable of playing what he wants, look at biscan, he looks like plug out of the beano

changes are deffo needed if we are going to make any progress, some of the current squad clearly are not good enough and need replacing.
