10 reasons to be cheerful - It's not all doom and gloom

OK  it's an end of an era.  We all knew it would happen one day like it has done with every hero we've had in the past....    Keegan,  Kenny,  Rushie.

But you don't make an omlette without breaking eggs - and other such cliches.

So - just a few little sparks to lighten the gloom eh !

1)  We'll score more of the penalties that we get

2)  there will be less tourists at Anfield

3)  we haven't got a clue how our team will play so neither will our opponents

4)  the squad remaining have the message "if you don't want to play you'r out" - no more hanging around to pick up a pay cheque every week and play like a bunch of girls

5)  we are in the champions league- well virtually.

6)  if you think we're in the sh#t - just look at Everton - always brings it home

7)  spanish flags look ace on the kop

8)  steven gerrard

9)  maybe our pre-season tours will be to Spain rather than Le Havre

10) igor

CHEER UP. IT'S NOT ALL DOOM AND GLOOM. :D

Good post mate, just about to put up something similar meself. I know everyone (bar a few) feels like they have been kicked in the bollox today but a win at Spurs tomorrow will leave me feeling a whole lot better about things. One week ago i felt very positive about this season, losing Mikey is not gonna change that. We still have some very good players and i am confident we have brought in the right manager (all i talked asbout for 6 months was O'neil!) to take us back to the top.

Baros to have a blinder tomorrow.

Also, if not for Owen, I wouldn't become an LFC member here so quickly. I would probably still posting as a Newbie :D

So now there will be no more argument on which two should start up front for us. I am not ****** off because we lose Michael but rather the way he fooled the club into giving him more time to sort out the cotract issue. At the 11th hour, he just show us the finger. He just left us on a sour note. He won't be missed after this weekend... cheer-up guys (esp you Stu) :;):
