I dont agree with these season long loans. Its not goin to benefit Liverpool in the long run, Diao is not good enough for Liverpool, so sending him on a seasons long loan is only going to lower his value and when we do sell him its goin to be less than we could get for him now (like thats alot )

Caught Salif rummaging through my bins again last night. Tried to grab him, but he ran away. Seemed to be giggling uncontrollably. :D

I THINK WE SHOULD TRY A LOAN PONGULLE OUT TO POMPEY SO HE CAN GET A PROPER FEEL FOR THE PACE OF THE PREM ON A REGULAR BASIS RATHER THEN COMING ON FOR THE ODD 15 MINS AT THE END OF GAMES.

I know the feeling, Rafa. I don't agree with these season long loans, it is p1ssing me off. I rather have cash than season long loans!!
The problem is wages, we have been trying to get rid of Diouf too, Malaga were interested in him but they decided to pull out because of his wages.

I'm going to listen to what Benitez says on this one.

I liked the look of the lad when he played well.  It might just be a confidence thing with Diao.  Houllier wasn't the best at motivating his players now was he?

Maybe diao has not had a run of games in his best position but IMO he will never be good enough and there is no point holding onto him any longer.

Selling him would be the best option but you never know he could play out of his skin on loan and a few clubs might be interested in him then.

I think we wipe the slate clean and see if a new manager can get something different out of the players who have dissappointed in the short spells they were given.
