here's a bit of a laugh.

i know that liverpool's proposed new stadium is still going to be called anfield (what else?). however if it was up to you what would you call the new stadium?

i'd go for "gerard houllier's circus"

id go for "LAY-OFF-HOULLIER"
mainly because if we start winning trophies again next year ye will all be singing his praises! :cool:

Im not too sure it will be called simply Anfield, and I personally would not name it after an area whose residents do their upmost to delay and poo poo the ambitions of a club who are the only reason it has not been completley leveled to make way for new homes.

I would call it Stanley Park. why not, that is where it is.

Knowing the way modern stadiums go the stadium name will probably be sold to the highest bidder, so it could be the carlsberg stadium or the reebok stadium 2 :laugh:

LOL!!

Sponsorship of Carlsberg will be finish next year, so they will have new sponsorship in 2005/06.

Stanley Park sound good idea, I think Liverpool fans will be agree with that.
