He has been told he can leave in this window, He would make a good Liverpool player, he has guts and put his body on the line for any team he plays for.

not sure how he would fit into our midfield right now but if he is cheap it would be a good cover.

Stu would have the vapours if we signed bullard . He would proclaim rafa the messiah .

Until he played him at right back. :D

He was linked with everton last week in the post, and would do a job anywhere.
Definately not needed at all though as centre midfield is where we have plenty of options.

We have already signed htem so what is the point of covering old ground ?

The question posed is should we sign him.

On the answer you have given however:

Dossena - we had Aurelio whwo was never fit and Riise who had gone stale, so no doubt we needed someone in to freshen it up.

Arbeloa - is a good signing and will be ehre for a long time. Excellent in defence and decent going forward. Young and learning. Will prove an asset.

Benayoun - replaced Garcia - so not an improvement (IMHO) but a replacement.

Degen - no - but free.

KEane - does he improve on the pony tailed pleb whose names escames - Voronin - 200% YES.

Bellany - did he improve on the attack ? He was another option like.

Morientes - I DEFY anyone to say that before he came they thought he was garbage. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Gonzalez - our left side was Kewell at the time, so at least he played some.

Sissoko - was outstanding and just what we needed at the time. His limitations meant he would never take us further than we got with him in htere.

Imagine if we signed both Bullard and Ashton in one go. I think Stu would just permanently wank for a week
